* 4:00pm Family service with procession of lights and  children’s choirs, in the Meeting House

* 6:00 & 7:00pm services; Caroling on God’s Acre at 6:30pm

* 11:00pm Contemplative candlelight service with string quartet, four professional soloists, and homily by the Rev. Harold E. Masback, III, in the Meeting House. Communion offered.

Beacon of Light Dinner 2012

Your family is cordially invited to the 6th annual Beacon of Light Dinner on Sunday, June 3, 5:00-7:30pm at The Italian Center, Stamford.

Join us as we commemorate the accomplishments of the over 350 youth involved in the youth programs.  The evening will include:

  • Recognition and Highlights of all the Youth Groups
  • Guppies Year in Review
  • JYG: A Photo Journey
  • World Premieres of the MSYG and YG Mission Trip Movies
  • YG Senior Tribute

Tickets: $35 Adults/$15 children through 8th grade

MSYG Car Wash

This Saturday, May 12th from 10-4, our MSYG Fish will be having a car wash and bake sale.  The cost is $10 per car, with all proceeds to go towards their Mountainside Mission Trip over Memorial Day weekend.  Service with a smile!

Easter

Experience our Risen Lord with a sunrise service on the front steps at 6:00am followed by a light breakfast prepared by the Deacons; traditional services at 9:30 & 11:15am; Skip will preach and the Chancel Choir will raise their voices with brass and timpani. A 15-minute musical prelude will begin early, at 9:15 & 11:00am. Experience the identical service at 11:15am with ample seating and better parking!

Palm Sunday

Sunday, April 1 is Palm/Passion Sunday.  The Blessing of the Palms is at 9:15am on the church steps, with a visit from a live donkey.  The Reverend Harold E. Masback, III will preach at the 8:00, 9:30, and 11:15am services with the choir and trumpets sounding forth at 9:30 and 11:15am.  Join us as we celebrate Jesus’ triumphant – and humble – entry into Jerusalem!
